Thank you for visiting and shopping at AutoTech Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Items that are on backorder will be shipped out as soon as they become available. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once the product is shipped, it will take 24 to 48 hours for the delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AutoTech Store is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).

Damages

AutoTech Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS or UPS from our fulfillment center in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order. Once the product is shipped, it will take 4-5 days for the delivery.

We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.A.E. as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
